Best Boho Wall Decor Ideas to Make Your Home Beautiful

Maci Meyers| Home Decor+ Lifestyle

Boho wall decor is essential for brightening up your home. Bohemian themed homes are typically minimalistic, wide open, bright, and calming. Pick out neutral and earthy tones to create a bohemian home. Textures like wicker also tie into the boho theme.

If you’re struggling with what to do with the open white walls of your boho home, here are the best boho wall decor ideas that will take your house to the next level.

1. Wicker Baskets

I love this idea because it’s unique. Wicker baskets add a lot of texture and pop off the wall bringing in dimension. Wicker also brings in a nice beige neutral color. You can mimic this style and incorporate various tones of beige and taupe. Some rattan decorations also already have patterns in them, too!

2. Macrame

Now macrame is definitely boho-themed. Macrame offers a lot of texture and movement in your home, which can make the place more “dynamic.” The fun thing about macrame is that you can definitely create a beautiful wall piece yourself!

Dip yarn is definitely a new trend for boho wall decor, but it sure is beautiful. Many small businesses make their own dip yarn creations and can even custom design you a piece to your liking. These pieces offer a pop of color and a lot of movement in a space.

Rattan anything is majorly bohemian. Add a mirror to your wall space with a rattan frame to make the room look unique. Mirrors are also a great option for opening up a room because they give the illusion of extra space. Use mirrors to bring in more light and make the place look bigger, especially if your home is on the small side!
